We provide 50+ high-resolution photos and a YouTube video walkthrough for each vehicle so you can see the exact condition before purchasing.
A.Absolutely! If you are looking for a specific make, model, year, or specification that is not currently in our inventory, we offer a vehicle sourcing service. Simply send us your requirements via WhatsApp or email, and our team will search Korean auto auctions and dealer networks to find the right vehicle for you. Sourcing typically takes 3-7 business days.
A.We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal (recommended for buyer protection)
• International bank wire transfer (T/T)
• Western Union (for select regions)

All prices are quoted in USD. Payment must be received in full before vehicle shipment. For orders over $30,000, we can arrange split payments — contact us for details.
A.Yes, your payment is fully secure:

• PayPal transactions are protected by PayPal Buyer Protection
• Bank transfers go directly to our verified company account (Car Korea Co., Ltd.)
• We NEVER ask for payment to personal accounts
• All transactions are recorded and receipted

If you receive any suspicious payment requests claiming to be from Car Korea, please contact us immediately to verify.
A.Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before shipment: Full refund available (minus PayPal transaction fees)
• After shipment but before arrival: Partial refund may be available depending on circumstances
• After delivery: No refund, as vehicle condition is verified before shipment

In case of disputes, we work with you to find a fair resolution. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant event. Please contact carkorea01@gmail.com for refund inquiries.
A.Shipping cost is separate from the vehicle price. When you proceed to checkout, you have the option to:

• Include shipping: Total = Vehicle Price + Shipping Cost
• Exclude shipping: Pay only the vehicle price (arrange your own shipping)

Shipping rates vary by destination and vehicle type. You can check current rates on our Shipping page or contact us for a personalized quote. We recommend using our shipping service for the most hassle-free experience.
A.Shipping duration depends on the destination:

• East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania): 3-4 weeks
• West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana): 3-4 weeks
• Southern Africa (Mozambique, Madagascar): 4-5 weeks
• Central Africa (DR Congo, Cameroon): 5-6 weeks
• South America (Chile, Peru): 3-4 weeks
• Central America (Panama, Guatemala): 4-5 weeks
• Caribbean (Dominican Republic): 4-5 weeks

These are approximate transit times from port to port. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, port congestion, or customs processing.
A.RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off):
• Vehicle is driven onto the ship and secured to the deck
• More affordable (typically $200-500 cheaper)
• Best for single, drivable vehicles
• Cannot include extra items inside the vehicle

Container Shipping:
• Vehicle is loaded into a steel container
• Maximum protection from weather and damage
• Can include spare parts and accessories inside
• Suitable for non-running vehicles
• Professional shoring (securing) service available

We recommend RoRo for budget-conscious buyers and Container for high-value vehicles or when shipping parts together.
A.Yes! Once your vehicle is shipped, we provide:

1. Bill of Lading (B/L) number
2. Vessel name and voyage number
3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
4. Link to the shipping line tracking website

You can track your shipment in real-time using the B/L number on the shipping line website. We also send proactive updates via WhatsApp when:
• Vehicle is loaded onto the vessel
• Vessel departs from Korea
• Vessel arrives at destination port

A.We provide all necessary export documents:

1. Original Bill of Lading (B/L) — sent via DHL express
2. Commercial Invoice
3. Packing List
4. Export Declaration Certificate
5. Vehicle De-registration Certificate (Korean title)
6. Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate (where required)

Country-specific documents:
• Kenya: KEBS certificate
• Nigeria: SON certificate
• Chile: Homologation papers

Documents are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days after vessel departure. We recommend having a reliable customs clearing agent at your destination port.
A.For select destinations, we offer door-to-port or port-to-door inland trucking services:

• Uganda: Mombasa port → Kampala (included in shipping quote)
• DR Congo: Dar es Salaam → Kinshasa/Lubumbashi
• Ethiopia: Djibouti port → Addis Ababa
• Zambia: Dar es Salaam → Lusaka

For other countries, we can recommend trusted local logistics partners. Inland delivery costs are quoted separately. Please ask us for a complete door-to-door quotation.
A.Yes! We have a dedicated Accessories and Parts section with:

• New aftermarket parts (side steps, spoilers, moldings, LED lights, roof racks)
• New genuine OEM parts (Hyundai, Kia, BMW, Mercedes)
• Quality used parts (wheels, mirrors, headlamps, tail lamps)

Parts can be purchased independently or bundled with a vehicle order. When shipping parts with a vehicle via container, there is no additional shipping cost for parts that fit inside the vehicle or container.
